EGGPLANT

Rosa Bianca - 80 days. Stunning Italian heirloom. Very meaty 4-6” round fruits with colorful, light pink-lavender fruit with white shading. Rich, mild flesh is very popular.

Diamond - 70 days. Ukrainian variety collected by Seed Savers. Fruits are set in clusters of 4-6 on 2' tall plants. Dark purple fruits with green tinted flesh are 9" long by 3" in diameter. Excellent texture and flavor, rarely bitter. Disease resistant.
CUCUMBER

Diva Hybrid- 58 days. Diva looks like a regular salad cucumber but with a much smoother, thin, no-peel skin. Distinctly tender, crisp, sweet, bitter-free and seedless. Best harvested small, about the size of a pickle. Great either sliced or pickled. Very versatile.

Marketmore 76 - 67 days. Fruits are crisp, long and straight, up to 9 in. long with beautiful, dark green skin. Fruit holds attractive color in summer heat. Ideal for disease-prone gardens. Vines bear over long period.

Costata Romanesco - 52 days. Famous ribbed zucchini from Rome, Italy. The distinctive fruit are flutted with medium, green-striped skin. The cut slices are scalloped.
WATERMELON

Moon and Stars - 95 days. Legendary Heirloom rediscovered in Macon, Missouri. Can grow over 40 lbs. The dark green rind has bright yellow spots on it! Leaves are also specked in yellow. It has very sweet brilliant red flesh. Unique variety!

Orangeglo - 85 days. Very sweet, beautiful deep orange flesh, excellent almost tropical flavor! The best tasting of ALL orange varieties we tried.

Blacktail Mountain - 70 days. One of the earliest watermelons grown. Icebox-sized melon. 8-12lb. melons are great for the North and have deliciously sweet, deep red flesh.
CANTALOUPE

Minnesota Midget - 60-75 days. This small, very early heirloom was introduced in 1948. They have sweet, orange flesh, measure just 4” across, and are perfect miniature versions of the “classic” muskmelons. Compact 3-4’ vines produce good yield in northern gardens.

Hearts of Gold - 70-90 days. Introduced in 1895. Fruits are firm, juicy, highly flavored and aromatic. Fruits weigh 2-3 lbs.
BROCCOLI

Calabrese - 58-90 days. Popular market variety that was brought to America by Italian immigrants in the 1880s. Tight heads can grow up to 8" in diameter. After the central head is harvested, side shoots will form.
CAULIFLOWER

Snowball - Smooth 6-7” heads of tightly formed white curds are solid, crisp and tender, excellent quality. 65 days from transplant.
KOHLRABI
Vienna- 45-50 days Delicious cabbage-flavored bulbs that grow above ground. Sweet, white flesh, good cooked or raw. Kohlrabis make a real staple crop, with high yields; cold hardy.

Purple Kohlrabi - 60 days. A colorful flavorful vegetable with a mild sweet flavor. This variety has purple skin with crisp white flesh. Excellent raw in dips and grated for salads, also used cooked and stir fried.
CABBAGE

Golden Acre - 58 days. Early, disease-resistant variety bears solid, 3- to 4-lb. heads. Sweet, green leaves are refreshing in salads. Compact plants are great for small gardens.
