Our owner, Lu Visocky, started off nearly 20 years ago with a simple idea--she wanted to provide the most unique plants while preserving seed heritage and employing organic growing methods. In 2015 she decided it was time to expand with an eco friendly floral shop and in 2016, after a fire which destroyed her original building spot for her newest venture, The Enchanted Florist, she bought the land anyway. after it was cleared, and set greenhouses there and synchronistically the building next door became available for purchase. The landmark building was gutted with the help of the local high school construction class and opened February 2, 2018.
We are now a full service greenhouse and eco friendly floral shop that also carries home décor, lines of essential oil lotions, unique candles and semi precious jewelry. We try to fill the needs of our customers by also carrying occasion cards and Vande Walle chocolates.
