BroccoLINI- ARTWORK F1





Last year we called it broccolini now "stem broccoli" is the term being tossed around. Either way, harvest the central head right away to get several weeks of lanky side shoots with sweet tender stems as well as small head. Brussels Sprouts-DIVINO





Classic long-season Brussels sprout with sturdy tall stalks. Leaves are held well away from sprouts as they enlarge, resulting in easier harvest and reduced insect pressure. Start your season with Gladius, then roll into your Divino patch as cool weather approaches. 105 days. 3 1/2" pots.

Cauliflower-multi-head 'Song TJS-65'





Loose curd cauliflower popular in East Asian cooking is much so easier for the home gardener to grow! No tying up or blanching, no worries if your soil is not perfectly fertile or you get a hot dry spell. Harvest window is longer than with ordinary cauli cut them once the stem elongate and the curds begin to separate. The individual stems each have a mini head on top, are easy to prepare and cook very quickly. Also might be fun to use raw with dips. Flavor is tender and the appearance is unique as the stems turn bright green when cooked and the little heads stay white. 3 1/2" Pots

Edamame Soybeans 'Giant Midori'





If you can grow green beans, you can grow edamame soybeans. Yep, the plants are soybeans edamame are the salted, lightly cooked immature beans you'll be popping into your mouth later this summer. The word literally means "twig bean" or "beans on branches." Compact plants are early and heavy croppers, so if you can't eat them all at once, you'll have plenty to freeze.
